Activities Co-ordinator
Role: The Activities Co-ordinator works as part of the multidisciplinary team carrying out a range of activities identified from the individual care plan and "What matters to me" which will stimulate and engage the patient in non‑care related activities. They may undertake clinical care tasks and other duties as delegated by and in support of a Registered Nurse. Support and supervision is provided by the Registered Nurse.
In partnership with the Registered Nurse the Activities Co-ordinator will review the patient’s individual care plan and will competently perform the necessary aspects of holistic and personal care, within their scope of clinical practice, for the patient as per the individual care plan to a high standard, recording care delivery and reporting back to the Registered Nurse.

Legal Requirements
To work in the United Kingdom, there is a legal requirement to demonstrate relevant permission to work in the country, granted by the UK Visa and Immigration Service.
This post requires the holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/record. If not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group, an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and must be satisfactory before appointment.
Due to legislative changes from 1 April 2025, a different level of criminal records check may be required. If the post is a regulated role, your appointment will be subject to joining the PVG Scheme.
