BAM Infrastructure are recruiting a Receptionist for their office in Inverness. The primary responsibilities will include meeting and greeting both internal and external stakeholders as the face of BAM in Inverness. You will ensure efficient day-to-day running of the office, along with supporting managers and employees through a variety of tasks, ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Making Possible
As a Receptionist, you will initially be responsible for the following:
* To be the first point of contact for our project office in Inverness.
* Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
* Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
* Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
* Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
* Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
* Maintain office security by arranging and allocating access passes to full time staff and monitoring visitors to the office
* Update notice boards, comms screens with relevant information
* Management of meeting room booking system
* Ensure meeting rooms are kept tidy and presentable
* Support project teams and support staff with travel and accommodation bookings
* Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, minutes
* Any other administrative duties as required
What do you bring to the role?
* General administration experience with good IT skills (proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Word, Excel).
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent organisation with strong attention to detail ensuring records are maintained.
* Ability to prioritise effectively.
* Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
* Good interpersonal skills - must be a team player.
* Able to have a full-time presence in the Inverness office.
* Previous Front of House Experience would be desirable.
