Job Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Delivery Manager to join our facilities team working on the Greater Manchester Police TFM contract based in Eccles, covering the entire police estate across Greater Manchester. This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
The Role
* Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager
* Manage, collate, examine, maintain, and register all relevant documentation to ensure statutory and technical compliance across disciplines including electrical, mechanical, ventilation, fire, lifts, water.
* Support management by setting up system processes and making necessary changes to meet contractual compliance requirements.
* Act as AP/RP in areas of competence where necessary.
* Review subcontractor and in-house team reporting, manage follow-up works to ensure compliance.
* Work with the Senior Operations Manager to ensure statutory PPMs are scheduled and carried out monthly.
* Establish and maintain processes for statutory compliance management, including monitoring, auditing, record keeping, and documentation control.
* Work hours are 40 per week, from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, including participation in the management call-out rota.
The Person
* Technical qualifications in engineering/building services (Degree, Chartered Engineer) or comparable experience.
* Client-focused with the ability to own projects.
* Good people skills.
* Strong knowledge of building services installations with excellent attention to detail.
* Proven track record in maintenance/hard services within an FM business.
* Experience with formal reporting structures to management and clients.
* Ability to achieve and retain relevant vetting clearance.
* Full UK driving license required for site travel.
