Qualifications:
* Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities:
* Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
* Collect and analyze data on student progress
* Provide one-on-one support to students, promoting positive behavior and social skills
* Collaborate with educators and support staff to create a conducive learning environment
* Conduct training sessions for staff and parents on behavioral techniques as required
* Maintain professional documentation and confidentiality regarding student information
