Teaching Assistant - Secondary School Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only Start Date: September 2026 (or sooner for the right candidate) Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming secondary school in the Kettering area. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and support staff to help students achieve their full potential both academically and personally. The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support students in the classroom to enhance their learning and engagement. Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning objectives. Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation. Support students with additional learning needs where required. Encourage positive behaviour and contribute to a productive learning environment. Help promote students' confidence, independence, and wellbeing.
