The Role The successful candidate can thrive in a fast paced and self-sufficient environment. The successful candidate will support the warehouse division and requires an organised and methodical approach to their work along with good attention to detail and the ability to work on their own initiative. Key Responsibilities The key responsibilities of anadministratorinclude, but are not limited to: -Supporting the operations team via order processing to the warehouse. -Inbound stock processing on the WMS system. -Inventory counting and stock investigations. -Provide high standard of customer service. -Process information accurately to agreed service level. -Plan, prioritise and check information and ensure the details are accurately transferred into our warehouse management system. -Gain an understanding of our product range, processes & logistic platforms. -Interpret instructions from various colleagues and identify any issues arising. -Communicate, liaise, and negotiate (internally and externally) to ensure customer orders are implemented correctly with 100% accuracy. -Supported by the logistics team, thesuccessful candidate will takefull responsibility for the overall execution of their transactions, from initiation to completion. The Person The key skills and qualities of anadministratorare: -Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft platforms). -Experience with WMS / ERP systems. -Strong data entry experience. -Excellent organisational skills. -Experience following all tasks through to completion. -Comfortable in a busy environment. -Demonstrate acute attention to detail. -Strong communication skills (written and spoken English) and good telephone manners are crucial. -Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively. -A positive attitude.
