As an Supported Internship Job Coach, you’ll be key in ensuring our customers, who are predominately people with learning disabilities and/or autism, are coached using Training in Systemic Instruction (TSI) methods into employment, volunteering and/or community outcomes dependant on the customer’s choice and their specific employment targets. About You You will be responsible for a cohort of customers, ensuring that they are confident to settle into their supported internship, paid employment and/or volunteering.
