About The Role
A well‑established specialist SEND school in Rugby is looking for caring, enthusiastic, and resilient SEN Teaching Assistants to join their dedicated team. This setting supports children and young people with a wide range of additional needs, including autism, learning difficulties,munication needs, andplex needs.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide 1:1 and small‑group support to pupils with diverse SEND needs
2. Assist with personalised learning plans and adapted curriculum activities
3. Supportmunication, sensory regulation, and emotional wellbeing
4. Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff
5. Promote independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
6. Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
What you'll need to succeed
7. Experience supporting children or young people with SEND (school, care, youth work, or similar)
8. A calm, patient, and nurturing approach
9. Strongmunication and teamwork skills
10. A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
11. Willingness to undertake training and develop specialist skills
