This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects across Education,mercial, Energy, Defence, and Residential sectors. You will take ownership of projects, lead design coordination, and ensure delivery excellence from concept through to sitepletion.Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams.
2. Deliver projects through all RIBA stages, ensuringpliance with UK Building Regulations.
3. Manage design coordination, interface resolution, and clash detection.
4. Produce and advise on material selection, specifications, and detailed design solutions.
5. Collaborate using BIM tools and advanced software for model federation and clash management.
Requirements
6. Qualifications: RIBA Part 3 or CIAT accreditation.
7. Experience: 5–10 years onplex projects across multiple sectors.
8. Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and RIBA Plan of Work.
9. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD (essential).
10. Experience with BIM collaboration tools (Navisworks desirable).
11. Skilled in NBS software for specification writing.
12. Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
