Job Overview:
Work as part of the PPM Team generating and defining Planned Maintenance Jobs for Clients
Work with Technical Managers, Engineers and Helpdesk Team to ensure works are planned & carried out as efficiently as possible as required to meet Client satisfaction.
Liaise with Clients as required and ensure good communication on all aspects of the works undertaken including all relative documentation.
Responsibilities:
Planning Activities:
* To plan Planned Maintenance Works for the night Engineer Teams
* Checking works are being attended/completed to meet Time Plans
* Liaise with Helpdesk Planner to assist in covering works other than Planned Maintenance where required.
* Operation and updating of Company software operating systems
* Ensuring all planned attendance dates are updated on CAFM System
* Ensuring any access notes and attempts to book in works are noted on the job
* Updating Client Portals where required
* Complete Engineers 'Nightly Activity Front Sheet'
* Ensuring all assigned works are listed and prioritized
* Checking if they have enough / too much work
* Checking that all arrangements been made (special access/permits/passes)
* Request parts required for that night from the Purchasing Dept.
* Liaise with Engineers to ensure issues are dealt with in a timely manner
* Ensuring works are booked in with sites
* Issue a list to engineers confirming start times and meet locations
* Arrange and issue Permits for Airports to ensure access if required (WA, FAI etc.)
* Work with Help Desk Assistant to ensure engineers packs are provided with all information,
keys and parts required to complete the jobs required
* Liaise with Engineer's Supervisor to approve Engineers' holidays, leave and training
requirement/requests
* Ensure Planned Maintenance Activities are undertaken on time and Reports and Certificates
are provided for Clients
* Update and maintain the engineers 'Auto-Park' register and ensure un-park requests are issued as required
Planned Maintenance Activities:
* As part of the PPM Team generate Contract Works for Client Planned Maintenance Activities
* Work with Team to ensure all Tasks are identified, processed and completed in time with Contract requirements
* Work on the weekend Call Out Rota (manning a Phone for Emergency Call outs) and
directing Engineers (typ. 1 in 7 or less)
* Assist with all PPM Department activities where required and undertake any other duties as provided by Line Manager

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,500.00 per year
