Job Opportunity: Front of House Manager at Aramark UK
Aramark UK is seeking a Front of House Manager to join our team at Aegon UK HQ in Edinburgh. In partnership with Aegon, Aramark is transforming employee dining at their flagship location this spring with a complete refurbishment of the catering facilities and new Food & Beverage concepts. The role involves overseeing a team of 20, working closely with the Group Executive Chef and Marketing Manager to implement innovative food and beverage services.

Key responsibilities:
* Organise team members to deliver effective service, monitor performance, provide feedback, and conduct appraisals. Ensure team involvement and inclusion.
* Handle customer feedback appropriately, share compliments with the team, and implement service improvements.
* Conduct monthly stock counts and brand standard audits.
* Recruit, retain, and manage performance issues of team members according to company policies.
* Support career development of team members willing to grow within Aramark.
* Train new team members on procedures and brand standards.
* Assist in delivering special functions or events.
* Promote excellent customer service and utilize marketing communication tools to increase sales.
* Coordinate with the Executive Chef and Food Production team to ensure staff are knowledgeable about menus, promotions, and service standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 2-3 years of management experience in catering or retail, preferably in employee dining.
* Strong numeracy, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Self-motivated with ownership and accountability.
* Energetic, enthusiastic, and friendly approach to customer service.
