Job Description
3. Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
4. Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies efficiently.
5. Prepare and distribute regular financial reports to stakeholders.
6. Communicate with clients to address overdue payments professionally.
7. Maintain accurate records of transactions and correspondence.
8. Support the Accounting & Finance team in achieving departmental goals.
9. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
10. Collaborate with other departments to resolve account issues.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
11. Experience in a similar role within the Accounting & Finance field.
12. Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes.
13. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
14. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
15. A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to work.
16. The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
