We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales. This role involves managing client accounts, developing relationships, and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for analysing market trends and customer needs to provide tailored solutions that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for new business.
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
* Utilise Zoho CRM to manage client interactions, track sales progress, and report on account performance.
* Analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and improve sales tactics.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
* Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts that align with company goals.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a sales role, preferably as an Account Manager or similar position.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
* Proficiency in Zoho or similar CRM software is highly desirable but not essential.
* Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and client needs.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Advertising Sales experience would be preferred but not essential.
The working hours for this role can be mutually agreed.
Excellent opportunity to earn unlimited commission in addition to the basic salary.
