Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Environmental Health Officer to join our Environmental Health Team.
You will be qualified to BSc (Hons) standard in Environmental Health or equivalent. A Diploma in Environmental Health from the Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland (REHIS) or equivalent, along with evidence of ongoing Continuing Professional Development, is essential. REHIS can be contacted for advice on qualification equivalencies at contact@rehis.com. Consideration will be given to students or graduate trainees intending to sit their REHIS professional examinations in 2025. Salary will depend on experience.
You should demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as a customer-oriented approach when working with the public, the business community, and external organizations.
