As the Executive Assistant, you'll provide high quality executive support to the Alliance Director, enabling effective leadership, decision making and prioritisation in a complex and fast moving environment. You will manage complex diaries, priorities and commitments, coordinate meetings and engagements with senior internal and external stakeholders. You will provide hands‑on support where needed, including arranging travel, accommodation and hospitality, and processing expenses in line with policy.
