Responsibilities
* To comply with Health & Safety legislation at all times and promote a positive H&S culture.
* KPI focused with a mentality to over achieve where possible.
* Provide first-line support to all equipment in scope of the Dematic contract.
* Maintain product flow at all times.
* Provide basic fault resolution and contribute towards complex faults alongside the engineering team.
* As required, provide assistance in maintenance and breakdown situations to the engineering team.
* To work within the manufacturers recommendations and industry standard practices.
* To drive 5S and value-add practices across site.
* Prioritisation of multiple system faults.
* To ensure quality of output at all times.
* To accurately record all work undertaken.
* Involvement in continuous improvement and sales opportunities.
* To represent the company in a professional manner at all times and maintain customer relations.
* To adhere to the Quality processes and procedures as set out by the company.
Qualifications
* Basic key-skills and basic IT competency.
* SafePass, CSCS Card (desirable).
* Previous experience/knowledge of automated systems, warehouse or production environment.
* Working at height experience (desirable).
* Demonstratable history of safe working and contribution towards a positive working culture.
