Position Overview
The Marketing Associate will oversee 60 stores across 14 European countries. The role involves co-creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with brand standards and market needs to attract and retain customers in a dynamic and ambitious environment.
The ideal candidate is ambitious, confident, persuasive, highly analytical, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders—including internal teams and external partners—to execute impactful projects.

Performance Marketing Responsibilities
1. Design and execute end-to-end performance strategies in collaboration with marketing, commercial teams, and partners, with clear KPIs and ROI metrics.
2. Enhance qualitative share of voice through initiatives with landlords, ensuring brand equity is maintained, supported by quarterly progress reports.
3. Work with Media & CRM teams to develop strategies that deliver engagement and sales KPIs.
4. Analyze market trends, identify opportunities or risks, and monitor the competitive landscape, creating quarterly reports for internal stakeholders.
5. Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate results, insights, and future recommendations in partnership with relevant teams.
Channel Coordination Excellence
1. Coordinate efforts among retail, operations, planning, merchandising, finance, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
2. Manage content packaging, messaging, and negotiate share of voice with external partners.
3. Develop strategic documents for seasonal and monthly planning, ensuring a comprehensive view across channels.
4. Assist with monthly communications to the retail organization, sharing roadmaps and relevant updates clearly and promptly.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
* Understanding of the fashion ecosystem, including online/offline and full-price to off-price segments.
* Relevant marketing knowledge and fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
