What You’ll Do Store patrols — ensuring the safety of customers, colleagues, and the premises Visible deterrence — providing a reassuring presence in‑store Incident reporting — documenting observations and occurrences accurately Team collaboration — working closely with store staff and fellow officers Conflict management — handling challenging situations calmly and professionally This is a relief officer position, so flexibility for early, late, and weekend shifts is essential.
