We’re looking for an experienced and driven Service Manager to join a successful branch, delivering exceptional service standards while supporting and motivating a skilled team of technicians. The Role Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Service Department. This includes managing staff, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving departmental performance. You will ensure technicians are fully supported, customer expectations are exceeded, and operational targets are consistently achieved.
