Role Overview: This entry-level role is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional or fresh graduate looking to start a career in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. As an Appeals and Compliance Support Specialist, you will process parking contraventions, ensuring accuracy and compliance while contributing to the smooth operation of the company's enforcement systems. Key Responsibilities: Enforcement Administration: Manage the enforcement process from start to finish using specialist software, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and on time. Case Management : Work closely with the team to address and resolve a high volume of cases, meeting deadlines and maintaining compliance standards. Multi-Faceted Environment: Operate effectively across a variety of topics and systems, adapting quickly to changes and new challenges. Deadline Management: Ensure all tasks and cases are completed within established timelines, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and professionalism. Skills & Qualifications: Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using computers and familiar with software interfaces, including basic knowledge of Excel and Word. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to work methodically. Adaptability: Willingness to learn new systems and follow company-specific processes. Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle competing priorities effectively. Administrative Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is not a must but would be considered a big plus. What They Offer?
