Head of Design Organisation

Your role


* Lead the design office and oversee airworthiness compliance
* Ensure all regulatory expositions and procedures are maintained to standard
* Drive a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
* Support, mentor and develop engineering personnel across the office


Your experience


* Technical capability: Experience managing a design office team
* CAA/EASA regulations, DOA, DAOS, Safety Management System, ISO standards
* Expert knowledge of commercial aircraft management principles and practices
* Behavioural capability: People leadership, stakeholder management, cultural and organisational change
* Engineering degree required, business or management qualification advantageous
* Compliance Verification Engineer experience preferred
* Ability to hold accountable manager responsibility for design office operations
* Strong communication and mentoring skills
