The Role
As General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the
success of the restaurant, leading a high-performing team whilst ensuring every
guest experience reflects the standards and values of the brand.
You will create a culture where people feel supported,
developed, and inspired to deliver excellence every day. At the same time, you
will take ownership of the restaurant's financial performance, ensuring
sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & People Development

Operational Excellence
* Ensure
the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant.

the highest standards of quality, compliance, and presentation.

closely with the culinary leadership team to deliver a seamless guest

experience as a General Manager within a premium, luxury, fine dining, or
Michelin-recognised environment.
* A
passionate leader with a genuine commitment to developing people and
building high-performing teams.

commercial awareness with a proven track record of delivering financial
results.
* Exceptional
communication and relationship-building skills.
* Experience
managing budgets, labour costs, forecasting, and operational performance.
