Print Finishing Equipment Field Service Engineer (Electrical Bias)

Due to continued growth, a well-established and highly regarded provider of print finishing and mailing solutions is looking to recruit an experienced Field Service Engineer with a strong electrical bias.

This is a home-based role, ideally suited to an engineer based in the North of England, covering a mix of regional, national, and occasional international travel.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding of a range of print finishing equipment, including:
* Binding
* Stitching
* Laminating
* Folding
* Cutting machinery
You’ll support a well-established customer base, working both independently and as part of a wider engineering team to deliver a high level of technical service.
This is a hands‑on role involving regular travel and occasional overnight stays, offering variety and autonomy in your day-to-day work.
About You
* Essential: Previous experience working as an engineer within the print, packaging, or similar FMCG/manufacturing environment
* Either a site-based engineer looking to step into a field-based role, or an existing Field Service Engineer
* Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills, supported by recognised qualifications
* Comfortable working in a customer-facing role
* Flexible approach to travel, including occasional working away
* Full UK driving licence
