The Role
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business, building strong client relationships, and helping us expand our presence in the security services sector. You will work closely with senior management to set sales strategies, manage leads, and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver sales plans to meet company targets.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
* Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals.
* Provide regular reports on sales activity and performance.
