Application Support / CRM Implementation Manager - South Yorkshire
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a CRM Implementation Manager to join a growing organisation based in South Yorkshire. In this role, you will lead the CRM implementations, working closely with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, configure the system, manage vendors/partners, and ensure successful user adoption.
Key responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of CRM implementation projects
* Work with stakeholders to capture and translate business requirements into CRM solutions.
* Configure CRM workflows, fields, dashboards and reports to support sales, service and marketing processes.
* Coordinate data migration, integration activities, system testing and UAT.
* Use SQL to support data migration, reporting, and troubleshooting issues related to data quality and performance.
* Plan and deliver user training, create documentation and drive adoption initiatives across sales, service and marketing teams.
About you
1. Proven experience delivering CRM implementation projects (e.g. Dynamics, Salesforce or similar).
2. Strong SQL skills for querying, data validation, migration support and reporting.
3. Demonstrable experience designing and delivering software or CRM training to end users and super users.
