We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who wants to be part of our journey.
Our Marketing team is critical to our growth and you’ll play a key role in continuing to drive our growth by owning the smooth, effective operation of our B2B marketing processes globally.
You’ll ensure our marketing operations underpin our growth across both the UK and North America by managing and improving marketing systems, automation, reporting, and lead processes.
You’ll lead on paid search and paid social media advertising campaigns to drive awareness and lead generation and support high-impact events and internal communications to strengthen our brand visibility and influence.

What will your day look like?
* You’ll lead the planning and delivery of global events, including logistics, data capture and follow-up.
* You’ll run PR and media relations activity, coordinating with agencies and partners where appropriate.
* You’ll work with colleagues based in North America to align marketing with our global strategy, adapted for local needs.
* You’ll oversee and optimise marketing automation processes including workflows, lead scoring, and trigger-based communications.
* You’ll execute and improve nurture strategies through CRM analysis and lifecycle management.
* You’ll manage awards submissions, ensuring entries are compelling, complete, and submitted on time.
* You’ll produce clear, actionable marketing reporting (KPIs, dashboards) for leadership visibility and decision-making.
* You’ll deliver actionable customer insights through data analysis
* You’ll identify opportunities and manage activities to improve off-site SEO performance.
* You’ll manage and optimise paid search and paid social campaigns, primarily LinkedIn, to support lead generation and brand awareness objectives.
We’d love you to have some or all of the following
* A proven background in B2B marketing operations, data and reporting.
* A strong understanding of paid search, and social advertising
* An analytical mindset and a love of making processes better
* A natural inclination to be highly organised and pragmatic, with the ability to manage multiple priorities to make things happen
* Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
Ideally you’ll also have
* An inquisitive nature and the appetite to learn new skills
* The desire to thrive in a team where sleeves are rolled up, where no task is beneath anyone, and where clarity and certainty are valued above jargon
* Previous experience in a consultancy environment
