Experienced Window Cleaner (Commercial & Residential) – Ipswich (Office is based in Felixstowe)
Travel: Suffolk, Essex & London Contract: Full-time
Pay: National Living Wage–£12.50/hour (DOE) + performance bonus + overtime

The role
Deliver top-quality window cleaning across Residential, commercial, industrial, education and hospitality sites using Reach & Wash and traditional methods. Expect early starts and occasional weekends.
You will:
* Clean internal and external glazing to spec and on schedule.
* Support add-on tasks (as trained): gutter clearing, cladding cleaning, pressure washing.
* Keep van/kit tidy, complete job photos/notes, and follow RAMS.
* Represent Aqua Force professionally with clients and site teams.
Nice to have
* Drainage experience (e.g., basic unblocking/CCTV) – helpful, not essential. Full training available for the right person.

What we need from you
* Full UK manual driving licence (essential).
* 1+ year professional window cleaning (preferred).
* Confident with Reach & Wash and traditional methods.
* Strong health & safety mindset; reliable, tidy, and customer-focused.
* Right to work in the UK; DBS may be required for specific sites.
Hours & travel
* Monday–Friday core hours; early starts; occasional weekends.
* Travel across Suffolk, Essex & London (rota-based).
