We are currently recruiting a Forklift Driver to join our busy roofing materials operation based in Weybridge. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position with no weekend working.
Working Hours
* Monday to Thursday: 6:30am - 4:00pm
* Friday: 6:30am - 3:30pm
Pay & Overtime
* £13.90 per hour
* Overtime paid at 1.5x the hourly rate
Key Responsibilities
* Operating a forklift to load and unload roofing materials
* Safely moving stock within the yard and warehouse
* Assisting with goods in and out
* Providing a high level of customer service when dealing with trade and retail customers
* Helping customers with collections and loading materials where required
* General yard duties and maintaining a clean, safe working environment
* Following all health & safety procedures
Requirements
* Valid forklift licence (counterbalance)
* Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or building materials environment preferred
* Customer-focused with good communication skills
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
* Comfortable with manual handling
