Role overview
As a Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express, you'll assist customers in finding eyewear that meets their needs, help with frame adjustments, repairs, and fittings, and perform pre-screening eye examinations and administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, supporting customer queries via phone, and processing payments.
Your goal is to provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers leave satisfied with eyewear that fits properly and meets their vision needs. You will contribute to our mission of helping customers 'See More and Be More' by offering tailored, effective service to maximize their visual potential and enhance their lifestyle.
