Business Partner
We’re looking for a commercially minded Lead HR Business

We’re looking for a Lead HR Business Partner to join our team
and play a pivotal role in leading and supporting our people strategy across
multiple sites. This is a senior role partnering with operational leaders to
drive people performance, culture, and organisational effectiveness.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders delivering
the people agenda while ensuring alignment with wider business objectives. This
is a hands-on leadership role, combining strategy with execution in a dynamic,
customer-focused environment.
Key
Responsibilities
* Partner with senior operational
leaders to deliver the HR strategy
* Drive engagement, culture, and
performance across a multi-site operation
* Provide expert guidance on employee
relations, risk management, and UK employment law
* Support organisational change,
restructures, and transformation programmes
* Use data and insights to inform
decision-making and improve business outcomes
* Drive our training agenda
* Support workforce planning, talent
development, and succession initiatives
About You
* Proven experience in a more senior HR
role, ideally within hospitality, retail, or a multi-site environment
* Strong commercial acumen with the
ability to influence at senior leadership level
* Solid knowledge of UK employment law
and HR best practice
* Experience managing complex employee
relations and organisational change
* Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable
operating in a fast-moving environment
* CIPD qualified (to L5 or equivalent
experience)
