A new Commercial Litigation Paralegal role has come in at a Legal 500 firm in London. You will report into a Senior Associate in the Commercial Litigation Department and also support the wider litigation team. Your role will involve undertaking tasks such as drafting and proofreading, taking notes at court, letter writing, preparation of submissions to court, carrying out Land Registry and Company searches and preparing litigation bundles and managing case files etc. You should have a minimum of 8 months commercial litigation legal assistant / paralegal experience with a good knowledge of the procedural rules and be able to draft basic court documents etc. You are able to work from home 1 day a week and the firm offers a great benefits package.
