What you’ll be doing… As a Baker, you’ll prepare, bake, and finish a variety of baked goods to high standards, ensuring quality, freshness, and consistency. You’ll work as part of a team to meet production targets and maintain a clean, safe working environment. Prepare doughs, batters, and fillings according to recipes Operate ovens and other baking equipment safely and efficiently Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure product quality Decorate and finish baked goods as required Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bakery Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control Follow health and safety regulations and food safety standards Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet production deadlines Working pattern: Monday to Friday | 10:00am to 4:00pm | 30 hours per week | Term Time only What can you bring?
