Key Responsibilities: Arrange and conduct funerals, ensuring a compassionate and professional service. Meet with families, executors, solicitors, and other representatives to advise on arrangements and guide them through the registration process. Liaise with medical personnel, coroners, clergy, crematoria, cemeteries, and related authorities to coordinate funeral logistics. Manage funeral information accurately on internal systems, ensuring precise records and documentation. Produce and review invoices in collaboration with the accounts team. Support the production of service sheets and ensure quality presentation. Carry out removals and attend call-outs as part of the out-of-hours rota.
