Job Description:\n\nIMH Recruitment are seeking an organised and proactive Locality Business Support Officer to provide high-quality administrative and operational support to their locality services for our client in Loughborough, LE11.\n\n* This role is for 39 weeks to cover maternity leave.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Organise workloads, ensure consistent cover during absences, and work closely with Business Support Officers to maintain smooth operations.\n\n * Support Business Support Officers in keeping system templates and processes up to date.\n\n * Manage day-to-day office operations including stationery, equipment, and supplies.\n\n * Collect, compile, and present data; support data cleansing tasks.\n\n * Contribute to the development and improvement of administrative systems and IT processes.\n\n * Ensure building and security concerns are reported appropriately and maintain fire safety registers.\n\n * Oversee meeting administration including minute-taking and ensure confidentiality is maintained.\n\n * Manage financial administration such as purchase orders, PCard transactions, and Imprest payments.\n\n * Attend allocation meetings and update the Synergy database as required.\n\n * Work collaboratively with Team, Partnership, and Family Hub Support Officers.\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Experience in business support, offi...
