Commercial Litigation - Associate - Up to £75,000 salary
A leading Legal 500 team in the North of England, this highly respected commercial litigation practice handles a broad range of high-value and complex disputes, both domestic and international. The team is ranked in all major legal directories and acts for major corporates, financial institutions, and public bodies across sectors including real estate, retail, energy, and infrastructure.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor to be involved in a wide variety of commercial disputes, including contract litigation, contentious insolvency, professional negligence, and regulatory issues.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior lawyers and partners on high-profile matters, often with a cross-border element. Full training and support will be provided, along with clear progression opportunities.
The Candidate
* Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 0 - 2 years' post-qualification experience or equivalent
* Experience and interest in arbitration
* Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development
* Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills
