Location: Premium residential apartments across London
Rate: GBP 300 per day
Contract: Self:Employed
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Domestic Gas Engineer to work across a portfolio of high:end residential apartments throughout London. This role suits a professional engineer who is confident working in occupied, premium homes and delivering a high standard of service.
The Role
: Gas breakdowns and fault finding
: Boiler and domestic gas appliance servicing
: Carrying out Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12s)
: Repairs, replacements, and minor installations
: Working in occupied homes and premium residential environments
: Ensuring all works comply with current Gas Safe and safety regulations
: Maintaining a professional approach when dealing with residents, managing agents, and site teams
Essential Requirements
: Valid Gas Safe registration (must already be registered)
: Valid ACS qualifications (minimum 12 months remaining):
: CCN1
: CPA1
: CENWAT
: CKR1
: HTR1
: Plumbing qualification: NVQ Level 2 (minimum)
: Proven experience in domestic gas works
: Strong fault:finding and diagnostic skills
: A professional, customer:first approach
: Excellent communication and presentation
: Pride in your workmanship with strong attention to detail
: Own tools, PPE, and transport
