Job Description:
How we make the difference in Regulatory and Risk
Our Regulatory & Risk Advisory Graduate programme is designed to give you the experience and core consulting skills you need to start your career. You'll build your commercial understanding and business acumen to deliver value to our clients.
The work is interesting, varied, and high profile, especially in a world of increasing complexity where clients and Regulators focus on risk and regulatory issues.
You can expect to work in the following areas:
Modelling and Model Risk Management: Model Risk involves managing adverse outcomes from errors in financial and business models. You will work with clients on model development, validation, governance, and learn coding languages supporting climate and credit risk modelling.
Financial Risk and Resilience: Support clients in prudential regulation, ESG, and insurance risks through assurance, deal support, and optimisation services.
Wholesale: Assist wholesale clients with challenges like conduct risk, risk transformation, controls, and non-financial reporting regulation.
Retail: Focus on retail clients, involving conduct, consumer protection, operational resilience, and CASS. Clients include asset managers, insurers, and banks.
Growth Opportunities: The three-year programme helps build experience and expertise in Risk management, supporting a professional qualification, the FRM certification.
Teams: Work across teams advising on regulatory compliance and integrating sustainability into Risk management, making a positive impact.
If you're curious, resilient, and agile, you could thrive with us.
