Assistant Case Handler

As our clients continue to grow, we are seeking to recruit a skilled and motivated Assistant Case Handlers to join the team.
This role requires at least one years experience as an Assistant Case Handler or work experience in a similar role.
Role Description:
To provide administrative assistance to the Case Handler and guidance to the Property Administrator. This will include a wide range of duties some of which are detailed below.
Responsibilities include:
* Dealing with client queries and questions as quickly as possible.
* Updating Clients and agents regularly and promptly.
* Issuing draft contract documents maintaining a high level of accuracy.
* Requesting Redemption Statements and compiling draft completion statements.
* Chasing and satisfying enquiries on Freehold and Leasehold sale transactions.
* Liaise with 3rd parties such as management companies and local authorities.
* Assisting with purchase files where required. Chasing replies to enquiries etc.
* Liaise with clients and other conveyancers to facilitate exchange of contracts.
* Deal with completion administration.
* Compiling accurate accounts packs for completion.
