Payroll Co-ordinator - What you’ll be doing
* Running end-to-end payroll processes across multiple pay runs
* Processing starters, leavers, and statutory payments (SSP, SMP, etc.)
* Responding to payroll queries from employees and stakeholders
* Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation and internal policies
* Reconciling payroll data and liaising with HR and finance
* Supporting with reporting, audits, and process improvements
Payroll Co-ordinator - What we’re looking for
* Previous experience in a payroll-focused role
* Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and auto-enrolment
* Confident using payroll software (Sage, ADP, or similar)
* Excel proficiency and good overall systems literacy
* Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and organisational skills
* A discreet, process-driven team player who can work independently
