Our Maintenance Team plays a crucial role in ensuring the hotel runs smoothly and remains in top condition. If you’re a hands-on problem solver with an eye for detail, we’d love to have you on board!
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Conducting daily inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
* Performing routine repairs on electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems.
* Ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are well-maintained and in excellent condition.
* Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
* Assisting in preventative maintenance tasks to minimize breakdowns.
* Maintaining accurate records of maintenance work and safety checks.
* Complying with health and safety regulations to ensure a secure environment for guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
* Hands-on experience with maintenance tools and equipment.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
* Basic IT knowledge for maintenance record-keeping.
