We are looking for a career grade Senior/Principal Regeneration Project Officer to join our Regeneration Service. This role will provide the opportunity to help deliver Fareham’s exciting regeneration vision. The role will be focused on delivering projects and initiatives that strengthen the town centre’s identity and create a place where residents and visitors want to spend time, alongside programme oversight and project co‑ordination with line management responsibility. About You We are looking for someone who can think creatively and has previous experience in events, marketing or economic development with excellent programme and project management and delivery skills. You will have experience in delivering regeneration or related projects with a focus on enhancing town centres offer across leisure, retail, events and the evening economy, alongside working closely with local businesses. The role will require the ability to build strong relationships with key public sector partners, businesses, communities and residents to promote town centre regeneration proposals, and provide support across the Council to help deliver projects for the successful regeneration of Fareham Town Centre. You will have a customer orientated approach along with excellent communication, project management, budget management, negotiation and financial administration skills.
