Join our Dexters Kitchen team as a Restaurant Manager, where you'll drive guest satisfaction, manage budgets and tackle daily operational challenges to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests. Your leadership will inspire and develop a motivated team while ensuring high standards and financial performance.
What you'll be doing
* Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service and memorable experiences
* Manage budgets, monitor performance and implement cost-control measures
* Support team development through training and performance management
* Foster a positive culture that promotes wellbeing, morale and collaboration

Your working hours
* Full-time contract, 160 contracted hours per 4-week period
* Working straight shifts, fully flexible
* This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
About you
* Proven leadership experience with strong influencing skills
* Strong financial skills, including delivery and business planning
* Good computer literacy and analytical ability
* Experience in a large organisation with full management responsibility
* Experienced in training and developing teams to drive performance and growth
* Motivational, empathetic leadership with a focus on coaching and individuals to be accountable for their own performance
