You will manage a varied caseload with a focus on wills, probate, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney. Supported by a dedicated team of paralegals, you’ll have the space to focus on delivering high-quality legal advice while maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Key Responsibilities Advise clients on wills, trusts, probate, and lasting powers of attorney. Take clear and detailed instructions, ensuring all necessary information is gathered. Draft documentation using the firm’s document production system (Arken). Approve finalised documents for client signature. Work collaboratively with the Head of Department and the wider Private Client team. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years’ PQE in Private Client work, with specific expertise in probate and trusts. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
