Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive
Location: Altrincham
Salary: £45,000+ plus bonus scheme
PQE: 3–5 years
Hours: Full-time, office-based
Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to join a forward-thinking, quality-driven firm? This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-respected legal practice that places client care and excellence at the heart of everything they do.
You will manage a varied caseload with a focus on wills, probate, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney. Supported by a dedicated team of paralegals, you’ll have the space to focus on delivering high-quality legal advice while maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise clients on wills, trusts, probate, and lasting powers of attorney.
* Take clear and detailed instructions, ensuring all necessary information is gathered.
* Draft documentation using the firm’s document production system (Arken).
* Approve finalised documents for client signature.
* Work collaboratively with the Head of Department and the wider Private Client team.
What We’re Looking For
* 3–5 years’ PQE in Private Client work, with specific expertise in probate and trusts.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
* Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
