Client Account Manager

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic B2B environment? Our client, a key public sector organisation, is seeking a passionate and skilled Client Account Manager to join their collaborative team. This is a Fixed Term Contract for 23 months with exciting opportunities for professional growth!

Role Overview:

As a pivotal member of the B2B team, you will report directly to the Head of Client Accounts, managing key government client accounts and ensuring their needs are met with excellence. Your role is all about building trust-based relationships and delivering top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

Account & Relationship Management:

* Ensure services meet client requirements, budgets, and service levels.
* Manage budgets, forecasts, and invoicing within agreed timeframes.
* Act as the client's advocate within the organisation, driving efficient resolution of issues.

Communication & Collaboration:

* Maintain effective channels of communication between clients, internal teams, and partners.
* Engage in meaningful dialogues with clients to understand and fulfil their needs.
* Lead internal and external governance meetings, providing direction and updates.

Business Development:

* Provide trusted advisor support to clients to facilitate key decision-making.
* Contribute to client strategy development, enhancing service propositions.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of Change Request activities.

What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should have:

* Proven experience managing major client accounts or operational management.
* Strong leadership and relationship-building skills to influence stakeholders.
* Exceptional advocacy skills and the ability to motivate teams to deliver change.
* An understanding of government policies and the financial services sector is a plus

Essential Qualifications:

* Experience in fast-paced operational environments, ideally within the BPO sector.
* A clear strategic thinker with a delivery-oriented mindset.
