Japanese Speaking Assistant in Finance Team - Responsibilities:
* Manage funding for projects, including arranging monthly funding for each project.
* Manage incoming and outgoing payments, prepare cashbooks, handle invoices, and set up transactions via online banking.
* Process expense reimbursements.
* Consolidate monthly employee reimbursements and office-related expenses.
* Post journal entries.
* Assist with audit processes by coordinating with external audit firms and the Tokyo Head Office.
Skills Needed to Succeed:
* Background in accounting/finance (e.g., cash management, closing procedures, expense reimbursements).
* High attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
* Proficient English communication skills for interaction with local staff.
