A full clean driving licence is required. Must be over 25 years old in order to drive our company vehicals. Person-Centered Care -Ensuring that activities are tailored to the individual needs, interests, and life stories of residents, promoting their independence and autonomy. Engagement and Participation - Encouraging residents to participate in activities, fostering a sense of community, and creating opportunities for meaningful interactions. Community Engagement -Building relationships with residents, their families, and the wider community to enhance the overall experience and support network. Mentoring and Support -Potentially mentoring and training other staff members on how to engage with residents and support them in their daily lives. Record Keeping and Reporting - Maintaining records of resident participation and documenting the impact of activities on their well-being. Essential Skills and Qualities: Organizational Skills -Ability to plan, coordinate, and manage activities effectively. Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with residents, families, and colleagues. Interpersonal Skills - Ability to build rapport with residents, empathize with their needs, and create a welcoming and inclusive environment. Experience in a Care Setting -Experience in organizing and leading activities, preferably in a care home or healthcare environment.
