Financial Controller | Purpose-led PE-backed Manufacturing Business | Milton Keynes
STOIX is working with a fast-growing, private equity-backed business to appoint a commercially minded Financial Controller to lead its finance function during a period of rapid expansion. This senior role will initially report to the CEO and transition to report to a newly appointed CFO.
We're looking for a qualified accountant with strong technical accounting knowledge (UK GAAP/IFRS), hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite preferred), and a track record in driving improvements in reporting, controls, and team performance. You'll oversee management and statutory reporting, budgeting and forecasting, process optimisation, and business partnering across the leadership team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a growing, production-led organisation (public sector client base a plus), understands the operational story behind the numbers, and is confident supporting strategic initiatives such as M&A or systems upgrades.

🔹 Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
