Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a leading retail and logistics company to recruit a Senior Estates Manager for their team based in South London
Client Side Role
Key responsibilities include:
1. Take ownership of all landlord and tenant matters across the retail and warehouse portfolio
2. Drive negotiations for lease renewals, rent reviews, break clauses, and re-gears
3. Ensure lease agreements align with business objectives and operational needs
4. Analyse and challenge service charge budgets and reconciliations
5. Oversee the instruction of solicitors and agents
6. Monitor maintenance and facilities performance through internal teams and external contractors.
7. Track supplier KPIs and cost trends, identifying opportunities for efficiency and value improvements.

What We're Looking For
13. MRICS Qualified (Ideally 5+ years)
14. Previous experience in commercial property management
15. Strong understanding of Landlord & Tenant law and service charge management
16. Ability to challenge and drive the business forward
17. A full UK driving licence is preferred
