Role Summary
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a competent, suitably experienced Senior Biomedical Scientist to join our team in Exeter Histology Department.
The candidate will be an HCPC-registered Biomedical Scientist with an IBMS Specialist Portfolio, and a postgraduate qualification conducive with FIBMS, such as an MSc. Experience and competency in all areas of Histopathology are essential.

The successful candidate will work with the Laboratory Manager to manage the team and organize the laboratory, ensuring an efficient, high-quality, and safe service. As this is a Senior Biomedical Scientist role, additional duties include overseeing areas such as:
* Health and Safety
* Advanced dissection
* Quality assurance
* Training
