The Role
As Spa Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of COMO Shambhala, ensuring a seamless guest journey and delivering the highest standards of service. You will lead a dedicated team, curate wellness experiences, and drive business performance while embodying the COMO philosophy of mindful living.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire the wellness team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
* Ensure all treatments, guest experiences, and retail offerings reflect COMO Shambhala’s holistic ethos.
* Manage departmental budgets, inventory, and revenue targets with strategic foresight.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Corporate teams to promote COMO Shambhala initiatives.
* Host and coordinate visiting practitioners, retreats, and wellness events.
* Uphold health, safety, and sustainability standards in all aspects of the operation.
* Drive innovation through training, development, and guest engagement.
